Most frequent questions and answers

So many people are murdered in the United States and indeed around the world each year, and there are so many reasons for this. Indeed, some of the most common reasons for murder include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Premeditated Murder
  • Hate Crime Murder
  • Malice Murder
  • Second Degree Murder/Heat of Passion Murder
  • Capital Murder
  • Felony Murder
  • Noncriminal Murder (i.e., By Military/Police/Self-Defense)

The reasons people commit murder are indeed as varied as the spices we import and consume. Murder itself is rarely ever okay. When criminal murder happens, however, law enforcement personnel and police detectives often try to solve the crimes of murder. However, law enforcement personnel often often lack the resources, ability, and/or desire to investigate the crime of murder thoroughly. Therefore, many murders go unsolved, and families and victims alike suffer terribly by the atrocious actions of others.

Thus, many people choose to hire a cold case private investigator to conduct cold case private investigations on their behalf. Of course, many people do not know what homicide private investigators are or how to locate one.

Because of this, the owners of our private investigation agency have put together a series of questions and answers about cold case murder private investigators from private investigation agencies that conduct murder investigations. These questions and their accompanying answers are meant to provide helpful information about how to hire them. Thus, these questions and their accompanying answers are listed below as follow:

They conduct cold case murder private investigations. This means that when a murder or a homicide case has gone unsolved for at least 3 years and all detectives have exhausted all reasonable leads, the murder case has gone “cold” and requires someone with special expertise to try to solve it.

While police and other law enforcement officials often conduct these investigations, sometimes crafty murders and other psychopaths outsmart them, nonetheless. This is why many people choose to hire these professionals to solve such cases.

They work directly for the person or people who hire them. These clients are usually the deceased’s family members and/or friends. Unlike many police officers and other law enforcement professionals who often stonewall the families and victims of homicide investigations with no information, indifference, and apathy, when you hire one to solve the case on your behalf, then you have tipped the scales of justice in your favor with extra-legal assistance.

Yes, there are cold case detectives, both law enforcement officials and non-law enforcement unsolved murder private investigators at private investigation agencies that conduct cold case investigations. Indeed, about ½ of all murders in the United States go unsolved, so it takes the efforts of both civilian and law enforcement legal professionals to ensure that the best chances of solving murders are in place.

If someone you know has fallen victim to a murderer or if the government has accused you or someone you love of murder or a related crime, then please do not hesitate to hire this individual for your case. You can easily locate them today for you. 😊

They work on behalf of private citizens. Usually, someone chooses to hire them when the police cannot or will not solve the criminal homicide themselves.

Indeed, they can often dedicate more time, resources, and a different perspective to clients. This can prove to be especially helpful to the family and friends of murder victims because police often do lackluster jobs investigating homicides, and some lack the needed experience and motivation to solve cold case murders and other homicides quickly and effectively. While police and other law enforcement officials technically work for the public and receive their pay from public funds, it does not mean they are helpful to those they claim to serve.

All too often, law enforcement officers can come across as indifferent to the pain and suffering the families and friends of murder victims feel, and some police officers even stonewall these individuals during case inquiries. ☹ On the contrary, they work for and are directly answerable to her/his/their client. This factor alone can make the choice to hire one in Oklahoma a much better decision than relying upon law enforcement alone to work the case. 😊

Each specialist defines the term “cold case” as any murder that has gone unsolved for at least 3 years and has exhausted all reasonable leads. Sadly, about ½ of all murders in the USA go unsolved each year, which is why many people find a detective to do this job on their behalf.

According to our agents, there are several types of cold cases. Indeed, they state that these different types of cases are listed below as follows:

  • Unsolved Murders
  • Long-Term Missing Persons/Unidentified Persons
  • Undetermined Deaths
  • Open Sexual Assault Cases

If your family or loved one has become a victim of murder or sexual assault that has resulted in a cold case, then you can hire them. They stand ready and willing to assist you in finding out what happened to your friend or loved one. 😊

No, our professionals note that there are generally no statutes of limitation on murder charges. Likewise, they also note that if a murder has gone unsolved, it does not “expire” because the potential to solve it successfully is always there.

Our experts say the two most common types are murders and missing persons. This is why there are so many detectives that conduct unsolved homicide private investigations.

Yes, police officers and other law enforcement personnel do indeed work on such cases. However, since murderers kill so many people all across the USA and indeed the world, police officers and law enforcement officers worldwide often find themselves overwhelmed, understaffed, untrained, and/or uninterested in homicide investigations; many families and friends of murder victims choose to hire a professional from a private investigation agency to get to determine who the killer is.

If someone you know and love has become the victim of homicide, then you need to hire one. Indeed, you can easily find one for you right here with us.

As you can see from the chart below, there are many murders each year that police and other law enforcement officials are simply unable to solve. ☹ This benefits murders greatly and harms society, which is why it is a good idea to find a specialist to solve this problem on your behalf. Indeed, the following chart demonstrates that law enforcement only solves about ½ of all murders in the United States:

Yes, anyone can look at these files; there is no law that prohibits it.  However, many civilians lack the experience, education, and ability that law enforcement and licensed private eyes have. Indeed, though some online criminal sleuths are indeed talented and can offer a different, fresher perspective than these individuals which can be useful, but a civilian’s often gross lack of experience and expertise can often lead to many mistakes, errors, and the spreading of false rumors and lies that can end up harming the progress in a cold case investigation and an unsolved homicide investigation rather than help it.

As noted earlier, yes, anyone can technically help with it in an unofficial capacity or as a vlogger. However, while sometimes these individuals can help shed light onto facts when a police agency or homicide investigator cannot, civilians often just end up getting in the way and spreading rumors that can cause more harm than good. Additionally, it is illegal for a civilian to work as a private eye at a private detective agency or as a police officer.

Thus, when a friend or loved one of yours has fallen victim to a murderer’s treachery, then you need to locate one to help you solve a murder by conducting homicide and murder investigations on your behalf.

Unsolved murders and homicides that law enforcement and unsolved murder agents are unable to solve at the 3-year mark and which have no more viable leads are called cold cases. About half of all murders in the United States eventually become this, and this is why so many people choose to locate an expert to help them solve unsolved murders.

One of the most disturbing murders – though not a cold case yet – involves the tragic slaying of 4 Idaho college students in Moscow, Idaho, on November 13, 2022. These four young men and women, according to our officials, were between 21-22 years of age and died far too young. ☹

Bryan Kohberger, a now-former Ph.D. student, is the lone person accused of these brutal homicides, and the prosecution claims to have his DNA at the crime scene on the murder weapon itself. There is much speculation by them that Bryan Kohberger committed these murders because he was an “incel” – involuntarily celibate – and did not get invited to any parties with the cool kids. Awkward and lacking social skills, he likely figured that if he could not get to join in on what he perceived as everyone else having a good time in life that he would lash out as those he perceived were doing so and would thus deprive them of the opportunity as well.

Of course, it is always possible that none of that had anything to do with why he allegedly murdered those four innocent victims, and instead, he just had some of these maniacal, psychopathic tendencies within his mind, heart, and soul regardless of his difficult social situations. This, according to them for a living, is equally plausible.

They muse that it is likely a combination of both all the factors above, as well as the opportunity he found himself with and the verbal intelligence to attempt to carry out the crime. But then again, how smart could Bryan Kohberger be if the police caught him so quickly?

One of the biggest killers of all time was not a single person. The biggest murderer of all time was not the Nazis or the Japanese during World War II, nor was it the White settlers who came to what is now known as the United States of America. The most prominent mass murderers were not the Interahamwe militia that engaged in acts of genocide against the Tutsis in Rwanda. Instead, the biggest murderer of all time is fear. All murder private detectives agree on this. 😊

According to our private eye at our private investigation agency, the Black Doodler is now currently the best-known serial killer in the world whose identity remains unknown. Authorities believe he has personally murdered between 6-16+ victims, with an additional 3 of his victims surviving to tell the tale. Police and these agents believe that this person stopped murdering others in 1975.

As with many previously unknown serial killers and mass murderers, new DNA technology and science are quickly helping to identify previously unknown perpetrators. Indeed, if you need to hire one as you locate a private investigation agency to conduct homicide investigations on your behalf, then you have come to the right place. You can locate the best individual right here with us. 😊

Solving this is not an easy task, which is why about ½ of all murders in the United States go unsolved each year. To solve this, there are several steps that an expert will take during investigations. These actions that they often take usually include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Review of Previous Evidence/Case Files & Look for Errors in the Investigation:

They be they law enforcement or private eyes, are human and thus can always make mistakes. When working a unsolved murder file, it is imperative that they take care to review all available information for mistakes.

By putting a new set of eyes on a cold case file, they can often find errors and mistakes and can bring a brand-new perspective to homicide investigations. Indeed, it is totally possible that the previous investigators simply lacked the expertise, resources, and/or motivation to conduct a thorough unsolved homicide investigation, whether a member of law enforcement or a private eye near me.

  • Speaking to Previous Witnesses – Relationships Change With the Passage of Time:

It goes without saying that nothing lasts forever and thus relationships can change over time. This is why it is so crucial for them to go back and speak with witnesses from the case to try to ascertain the truth. Who knows? Maybe new witnesses and evidence will pop up during the they can use to solve the case. 😊

  • Conducting Newer DNA Tests & Utilizing New Advanced Science/Forensic Technology:

An adept individual should always leverage the latest DNA/forensic/scientific technological advances to solve it. Indeed, forensic scientists have now invented new technology which can help identify perpetrators of serial killings, mass murders and other homicides simply by newer DNA analysis processes that were previously unavailable. But wait! It gets better! 😊

Sweden has a breakthrough DNA identification advancement that allows members of law enforcement and these officials that allows them to predict what a person looks like just by inserting her/his/their DNA into a computerized system for analysis. Difficult to believe? Well, you better believe it! 😊

No longer must they merely enter DNA evidence into a database and hope for a current or possibly a future match. Instead, they can now proactively enter the DNA into a special system and obtain a computerized result of what the person looks like based upon her/his/their DNA. Just imagine what scientific and other technological advances 20-50 years will bring us!

Not only can this new DNA forensic phenotyping technology help identify alleged perpetrators of crimes, but they assert that it can also help determine the identity of unknown victims of murder, etc., where it is impossible to determine what they look like. 😊

Want to know more? Hire one to your case inquiries. You can easily locate one from our private investigation agency in Oklahoma City to assist you. 😊

  • Locate New Witnesses & Evidence:

Serial killer private investigators should also make every possible attempt to locate new witnesses and evidence relevant to investigations. Indeed, it is possible that they missed credible witnesses, decided not to interview crucial individuals, or even failed to obtain readily available evidence that could have proven crucial to helping to solve it.

  • Leverage the Information Available Via the Correctional Facilities:

Incarcerated inmates at correctional facilities are often a much-overlooked wealth of inside information about crimes and other goings-on in the criminal realm. Thus, they should always inquire with inmates who were housed with suspects of homicides and other serial killer investigations to see what information they might have to provide.

Law enforcement and district attorneys often offer these inmates special incentives, such as reduced jail and prison time, to entice them to want to give up information about other inmates, gang members, etc. By collaborating with law enforcement agencies, a private eye and serial killer detective may be able to access new information that is helpful to solving the cold case investigation.

These detectives should also take care not to speak with the wrong inmate. If the cellmate or former cellmate of a murder suspect is friends with the cold case homicide suspect or is in their gang, etc., then it is possible that the inmate could intentionally give misleading information or might even tip off the suspect about the serial killer investigation itself. ☹

  • Never Stop Trying:

Let us face it: Conducting such investigations, even for experienced ones, can be a daunting, difficult task. Murders and other homicides do not go “cold” without a reason, and such inquiries just take time.

Even the most experienced private eye that has conducted unsolved murder and serial killer investigations for many years can run into obstacles and can face other difficulties during their investigations. No mass murderer and serial killer private detective from a private detective agency in Oklahoma that conducts murder private investigations and ever give up hope, and never stop trying! 😊
